Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Proof Picks account and the data tied to it. Proof Picks is operated by Proof Picks LLC.

Delete it in the app

• Open Profile.
• Under Account, tap Edit profile.
• Tap DELETE ACCOUNT, then confirm with DELETE.

Deletion happens as soon as you confirm. It permanently deletes your account, your slates and your PROOF record, and it cannot be undone.

Or email us

If you can’t open the app, email support@proofpicks.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm the request by replying to that address and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account: your email address and display name.
• Your slates and the Proof Scores in them.
• Your tracked Scores and your PROOF record.
• The usage counts and app-version history linked to your account.

What may be kept

• Records we are required to keep for legal, security or accounting purposes, as our Privacy Policy describes.
• Proof Scores themselves. They are published before each game and settled in public, and they are not personal data. Deleting your account removes your link to them.
• A subscription purchased through the app is managed by Apple. Deleting your account does not cancel it: turn it off in your Apple ID subscription settings.
