Proof Picks ("Proof Picks", "we", "us") provides a sports-analytics app that publishes our proprietary ProofPicks Score for player-prop picks and lets you track picks, ask questions, and compare sportsbook prices. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Proof Picks is an informational/analytics product — we do not accept wagers or process gambling transactions.

We do not collect your precise location, and we do not sell your personal information.
To operate and secure the app; provide picks, tracking, and the Ask assistant; process subscriptions; send notifications you opt into; measure and improve performance; measure our advertising; and comply with law.
We share the minimum necessary with providers that process data on our behalf:

On first use we ask, through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, whether we may track you across apps and websites for advertising measurement. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track," we do not use your IDFA and do not track you. You can change this anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. You can also opt out of notifications in the app or your device settings.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from Profile → Edit account → Delete account, or by emailing us. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, or accounting purposes.
Proof Picks is intended for adults (18+, or the legal age for sports-betting content in your jurisdiction). It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
We may update this policy; we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the app.
