These Terms govern your use of the Proof Picks app. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Proof Picks is a sports-analytics product. It publishes our proprietary ProofPicks Score and related information for player-prop picks, lets you track picks, ask questions, and compare publicly available sportsbook prices. Proof Picks is for information and entertainment only. We are not a sportsbook: we do not accept, place, or process wagers, and we do not handle any gambling funds. Any links to third-party sportsbooks are provided for convenience; your activity there is governed by those operators' own terms.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age required for sports-betting content where you live) and legally permitted to view this content in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you.
The ProofPicks Score is a statistical estimate, not a prediction of any specific outcome or a guarantee of results. Sports outcomes are uncertain. Nothing in the app — including any pick, Score, ranking, comparison, or "best price" — is betting, investment, financial, or professional advice, and nothing is a recommendation, tip, or instruction to place any wager. Any decision you make, and any wager you place, is your own choice, made independently, and you accept all risk for it. Past performance and calibration figures do not guarantee future results.
"Ask Proof Picks" (AI assistant). Ask returns AI-generated information about our Scores and board. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and it does not know your circumstances. Asking Ask a question — including "what should I take," "is this a lock," or similar — and acting on its response is your own decision; its answers are information, not advice, tips, or a recommendation to bet. Always verify anything important before you rely on it.
Some features require a paid auto-renewing subscription. Price, billing period, and any free-trial terms are shown before you purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refunds are handled by Apple.
Don't misuse the app: no scraping or bulk extraction of our Scores or data, no reverse engineering, no reselling or redistributing our content, no unlawful use, and no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems. Our Scores, models, and content are our intellectual property.
Your account is personal. Your subscription is for your individual use on your own devices. Don't share your account, login, or subscription with others; we may limit the number of devices signed in at once, and signing in on a new device may sign you out elsewhere. Our Proof Scores and related data are provided for your personal use only — don't publicly redistribute, repost, or share them (including by screenshot) in a way that reproduces our Scores for others outside the app's own sharing features. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proof Picks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from wagers, decisions, or reliance on the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms (we'll revise the date above) and may modify or discontinue features. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
